Chef Jerl supports the Thompson Hospitality - Compass Group joint venture business, opening and traveling to 90 different lounges a year from NY to LA to establish and elevate hospitality success. He brings the passion, showcasing global foods and educating travelers on different heritage dishes.

A natural educator, Chef takes the time to make himself present and work directly with hundreds of team members, engaging and inspiring each one- from dishwashers to executive chefs. “Honestly, I pinch myself every day since joining this great organization.
