Stefanie’s innovative approach to everyday cooking and respect for traditional techniques, combined with a drive for plant-forward menus and local sourcing, enhance her craft and inspire everyone around her.

As someone with a severe shellfish allergy, Chef is very passionate about Allergy Awareness, teaching associates about the seriousness of allergens to keep guests safe. Her meticulous attention to detail and insistence on using only the best ingredients ensure that each meal is a memorable experience, setting a high standard that reinforces the entire team’s reputation for culinary excellence.

Chef is proud to be a Mentor and Coach for Restaurant Associates’ APT Program, training female hourly associates for 6 months,
elevating their careers to supervisor or management positions. Her open-door policy and willingness to share her knowledge have created a supportive and collaborative kitchen environment, where everyone feels valued and encouraged to grow.
