Immeasurable Contributions

Chef Pauline believes in no or little food waste and is proud of Wolfgang Puck Catering for participating in Chefs to End Hunger. “Why throw away good food when we can donate to feed the hungry? I came from a developing country, where millions were dying from starvation.” Food-waste reduction also inspired Chef to start meal prepping for her dogs, fully utilizing food scraps and vegetable trims.

Chef leads by example, embodying the very essence of professionalism and excellence. She is deeply committed to mentoring WPC cooks, playing an instrumental role in ushering in a new generation of sous chefs in training.

Captivates the Talent

Pauline is so much more than a chef. She is a true artist and mentor with unwavering dedication and passion for her craft. For Wolfgang Puck Catering, it has been a privilege to witness her culinary journey. After graduating from The Culinary Institute of America and Le Cordon Bleu for Patisserie and Baking, she began her culinary journey as a cook, was deservedly promoted to sous chef in 2020 and today is a creative force as Chef de Cuisine.
