Chef’s campus, Keio Academy, is attended solely by students from Japan. He makes them feel at ease in unfamiliar surroundings
by engaging in their native tongue and taking them “home” through his authentic recipes.

World-Renowned Training

Henrick learned traditional and modern Japanese cooking techniques while working under Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto.
He brings his talent to his students and on the road through CulinArt’s Guest Chef Series, elevating the experience for guests and knowledge for the teams.
