Passion Projects
Chuck truly brings the community to the University of Minnesota, inviting local minority and women-owned businesses on campus from the greater Minneapolis market. Chef can quickly pivot while driving the overall culinary vision while taking on additional stretch projects, like helping open a new contract at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
