It’s no surprise that Chef Ryan is a proud foodie, his bookshelf is almost exclusively made up of cookbooks. A self-confessed lover of the great outdoors, you can often find him running, playing football or taking his family on long country walks through the Oxfordshire countryside.

Co-chair of our Global Culinary Forum, he is a culinary expert with a prestigious career spanning over 25 years, including time spent training and working in France. He is a member of the Craft Guild of Chefs, the main professional association for chefs in the UK.
