An expert in global cuisines with an extensive understanding of ingredients and flavors, Chef Einav has travelled the world, growing and sharing her experiences. Prior to joining Compass, she worked for one of the leading consumer goods companies where she led a team of chefs charged with innovation development, product rejuvenation, consumer activations, and deployment of international projects.

“If I had to choose just one culinary passion, it would have to be innovation. Using innovative ingredients, trialling new products, attempting different techniques, exploring new equipment – it really gets my creative juices flowing. What’s really exciting is that even after spending years cheffing in the industry, and after centuries that culinary has been a profession, there is always something new to learn.”

and competed on the acclaimed Food Network’s “Chopped.”
