With a career spanning over 30 years, Chef Krister is a culinary leader in the hospitality industry, both as an award-winning chef and advisor to the Swedish Culinary Association. Together with his team, Krister leads the continuous development of Compass Group Sweden’s menus, dining experiences and concepts.

More about Chef Krister:

Chef Krister is Compass Group Sweden’s Culinary Director. He’s the only chef in Culinary Olympics history to be a part of four national gold-winning teams and has been involved in the Swedish Culinary team for over 25 years. Most recently, he joined the IKA/Culinary Olympics 2024 esteemed judging panel.
